What is the process?
Once you’ve purchased your tribute card, you’ll receive an email right away with simple instructions. It will include everything we need from you — such as your loved one’s favorite song, colors, flowers, animals, and any other special touches you’d like included. You’ll reply to that email with your photos, videos, and details. After we receive your materials, we’ll create a proof of your slideshow and send it to you for review. You’ll have a chance to request any changes before final approval. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll engrave and ship your QR tribute card.
How long does it take to get my card?
You can expect to receive your finished card within 4–6 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive your materials and final approval. We always do our best to complete orders as soon as possible. Please know that this timeframe is not the norm and more than like a worst case scenario as turnaround can happen much faster.

Will you do a card for a pet?
Absolutely. Pets are family too, and we’re honored to create heartfelt tributes for them as well.
How do I attach the card to the monument?
Each card comes with 3M double-sided adhesive tape, strong enough to secure your card to any stone monument without causing damage. All cards are sprayed multiple tines with a protective spray to ensure it last through inclement weather. I will also guarantee my work, if something should happen I will replace your card
